Skill level: Intermediate. You must have done some crochet before, and know how to make a chain and single/double crochet stitch.
In this class, you'll discover the process of crocheting a bag using strips of fabric. Toni will teach you how to create a bag that is both sturdy and fashionable.
Materials:
Class price includes pattern and fabric required to make the bag. Students will be able to choose from a selection of packs according to their colour preference.
Students will bring their own 6.5mm crochet hook, or purchase one in store for a 10% discount. Please also bring your crochet kit with scissors, some markers, and any other accessories you usually use.
Tea, coffee, and snacks are provided in the Makerie studio, but we advise that students bring or plan to purchase their own lunch. There is a fridge and microwave available.
