Class Policy

All class fees are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Store discounts such as loyalty programs and sale prices can not be applied to class fees.

If you are unable to attend a booked class:

• You are welcome to transfer your place to a friend, but we must be notified of the name of the new attendee. 
• Contact us as soon as possible to see if your place can be transferred to someone on a waitlist. In this case we will provide a store credit to the value of the class fee paid less a $10.00 administration fee. 
• If notified that you are unable to attend at least four weeks prior to the class date, we will provide a store credit to the value of the class fee paid less a $10.00 administration fee.

Full fees will be refunded in the event that the class is cancelled by Makerie.

Please bring all necessary requirements to class.

Please silence all mobile phones and electronic devices during the class, if you must take a call please step out of the room.

Please respect your teachers and class mates, and do not "teach over" the teacher.
