The composition of Nepal yarn is really out of the ordinary: 60% organic cotton and 28% linen are blended with 12% nettle fibres. The mixture allows the yarn to be both sturdy and soft. The fact that it is twisted gives Nepal a particularly beautiful and natural structure.
While the cotton for this vegan yarn comes from India, the linen and nettle come from Nepal. It is spun and dyed in Italy.

Knitted garments with Nepal can be washed in the washing machine at 86°F (30°C). It is advisable to use a mild detergent and choose a delicate cycle. Dry flat, preferably on a terry towel, to avoid stretching. Under no circumstances should you dry it directly on a heat source or in the blazing sun! If necessary, the knitted piece can be ironed at the lowest temperature setting.
