In Saturday's class Emma will teach her Lime and Soda quilt. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan data-contrast=\"auto\"\u003eCurved piecing is much easier than it looks, and Lime and Soda is the perfect quilt to discover just how fun it can be. Using a large Drunkard’s Path block, this design is ideal for beginners who have never sewn curves before, while still offering plenty of visual impact.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan data-contrast=\"auto\"\u003eThe bold layout combines curved blocks with carefully placed fabrics to create a striking modern design. During the class you'll learn tips and techniques for accurate curved piecing, including pinning, sewing, and pressing curves with confidence.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEmma Jean Jansen has been creating patchwork quilts since she was a teenager. She learnt patchwork from her mother and together they ran Ballarat Patchwork for over 10 years. Emma loves designing her own quilts and is known for her use of bright colours and re-take on traditional piecing. Emma is also a qualified Textile Designer getting her degree from RMIT and has released 7 fabrics ranges with the Australian company Ella Blue.
